A workspace for independent studios

Pillar brings sales inquiries, clients, orders, inventory, and production updates together so a studio’s team can follow work from first contact through delivery.

From inquiry to production

Review potential sales, prepare replies, and turn approved work into orders. Keep client details, products, production stages, files, and deadlines with the work they belong to. Share selected progress and photos through client pages, and prepare work orders for fabricators.

Studio owners manage team access. Editors can work on orders, while viewers have read-only access. New company access requires approval.

Google sign-in and Gmail

Continue with Google verifies your identity. Google can also ask a studio owner to allow Pillar to read and send Gmail; the owner chooses which permissions to grant. Identity-only permission can still sign you in. Joining an invited team does not connect your personal inbox.

For an authorized studio mailbox, Pillar imports recent incoming Inbox messages and uses OpenAI to screen their text for likely customer inquiries. Imported messages can include private or unrelated inbox content. Likely inquiries enter Sales → Approvals, and the team can review filtered or uncertain messages. Screening does not send email or create leads or orders.

Reply drafting can use related Gmail messages to prepare an editable response. A team member reviews and explicitly confirms a message before Pillar sends it. Gmail replies use the connected mailbox and conversation; Pillar does not archive, delete, or mark incoming Gmail messages as read.

Your workspace and data

The Privacy Policy explains what Pillar collects, its service providers, Google and Gmail data use, and how to request deletion. The Terms of Service describe account access and studio responsibilities.

You can revoke Pillar’s mailbox access through your Google Account connections. Previously imported messages remain in the workspace until removed under the retention and deletion process described in the privacy notice.
